The stomach I want
June 16, 2004 on 12:36 pm | In Uncategorized |I have been working out for a while now, about 2 years. I worked mostly on my chest and shoulders; upper body mostly. I didnt concentrate on my stomach, my trouble spot! I always have complemented and asked Wes how did he get so super fit. He tells me from lifting boxes and a few curls now and then.

This makes me want to work out even more. Hopefully when I get my car and job, I can go to a rip-off place like Bally and get a personal trainer for like a month and find out the right workouts for me. After like a month, I’ll fire the personal trainer and go to a YMCA and workout by myself since I’ll know how to workout correctly for what I want to work on. Its a plan and it should work! Though, they may have something where if you like cut the personal trainer after a month they charge you like 300$, I heard my brother speak of it before but I guess I’ll find out when I check on it!
