|Ku|rean dinner; Please.

The title itself is a play on words. Allow me to explain. To some friends, I am known as |Ku| (Say who, but put a K infront.) It is somewhat of an alias. I am a frequent user of mIRC so when I leave the PC, I always try to come up with something catchy to change my name to. |Ku|rean was a success.

Lately Mika and I have been visitng many asian restaurants around the city. We’ve even drove through some cities just to taste some of the best styles South Florida has to offer. Some local shops, some bigger shops that seem to be there but many do not know about. In a few articles, I will explain to you what makes each and every other place unique but I will start off with one of my many favorites.

KOREAN. I never knew Korea had such a taste. I enjoy every minute of it when comes to indulging in Korea’s marinated beef with sliced vegetables better known as Bulgogi (This can be spelled in many ways. I visited a Korean restaurant later that week and noticed that they spelled it as Boolgogi.) My favorite dishes are usually Bulgogi, Pancake with Oyster, and Jabchea (JHAB-CHAY) which is clear noodles (I call them kira-kira noodles due to their shine that is given off, some may call them almost invisible.) One should try their hardest not to order Japanese cuisine when in a Korean restaurant. Not to say that the flavoring will be different but when doing so, you will be missing out on the great tastes Korea has to offer.

The grill
You have a choice to have it cooked in the kitchen or you can have your food cooked right infront of you. I myself, am a fan of the bbq.

Dishes
As the beef cooks, you can sample one of the many side dishes. Usually the ones with red sauce are spicy dishes so taste with warning.

More dishes and hot rice
A few more dishes added. The one to the far with is cabbage with bean paste dipping sauce. The bean paste is a little bit mild and I do enjoy it with my marinated beef and white rice.

One of my favorites: Pancake w/ Oyster
Oyster Pancakeu~ It’s quite delicious but at times a little bit on the greasy side. I usually recommend eating it with many people because it can fill you up quickly.

Beef and Rice
Beef is complete; food is ready! Let’s get started!
